Client Solutions Specialist

 

eCare Vault is growing and looking to add a Client Solutions Specialist to our team! The Client Solutions Specialist will be responsible for the overall product implementation, relationship management and retention of new and existing clients. This position will be integral when on-boarding new customers post-sale and continuing after on-boarding is complete. Ideally, this candidate will have experience in the healthcare/pharma space. Responsibilities:

 

Relationship Management: The Client Solutions Specialist is responsible for growing and building long-term relationships with the client base. Supporting clients to increase retention and maintain renewals along with additional module purchases.

 

Implementation / Client Onboarding: Lead and support client implementation and adoption including data, training, analysis, change management, project management, etc. ensuring client’s full use of product to drive success. Ability to lead and document workflow mapping sessions with client and produce documentation and recommendations.

 

Oral Communication: This role will speak to clients of all levels on a regular basis. Communication with the customer must be clear, empathetic and friendly. This role will also regularly communicate across teams within eCare Vault, sharing important customer issues or escalating concerns when appropriate. Comfort with communication over email, in person or over the phone is key!

 

Written Communication: This position requires the production of client-facing materials, including slides, user manuals and mocks of future-state functionality of our platform. Hence, The Client Solutions Specialist should have advanced skills in using Google Slides, Powerpoint, Figma, Lucid Charts etc, and a quick learner of technology solutions that enable project management and process flow mapping.

 

Decision-making: The Client Solutions Specialist will take both requests and concerns from the customer or potential customer and determine how to triage the issue to reach the best resolution within an appropriate timeline. Decision-making skills are vital to this role.

 

Client Support: The Client Solutions Specialist will be the bridge connecting clients to eCare Vault. They will be responsible for sharing helpful resources with the client, resolving client issues, alerting the client to features that may be helpful to them, and creating a customer comfort level when using eCare Vault.

 

Technology: As a technology company, the Client Solutions Specialist will be expected to use email, social media, and be an expert with both the eCare Vault app and web-based product.

Organization: This role will be responsible for appropriate documentation, tracking and follow up of each issue or concern that they receive. Along with proper documentation will be timely, professional responses to both the client externally and the team internally.

 

Product Design: The Client Solutions Specialist will be responsible for listening closely to the customer’s needs and bringing product ideas back to the Product Team, by documenting use cases, mapping workflows and providing input for product design.

 

Customer KPI Metrics: This role will be responsible for establishing the key metrics for customer success, tracking pre-post measurements and course-correcting as needed, to drive maximum customer satisfaction.

Feedback to eCare Vault leadership: The Client Solutions Specialist will have a hand on the pulse of the client relationships and provide regular written updates, including a SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) for the likelihood of renewal.

Requirements

 

  • 4-6 years in a customer service role, project management, or implementation.
  • Experience working in the technology field, preferably in the sale of a SAAS solution.
  • Proven ability to work efficiently while maintaining a calm and friendly demeanor
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize customer issues and needs
  •  Flexibility to travel to clients sites on short notice 
  • Comfortable working in both a team situation and autonomously 
  •  Massachusetts based and within commuting distance to the Back Bay, Boston

Marketing Associate 

 

eCare Vault is growing and looking to add a Marketing Associate to our team!  The Marketing Associate will be responsible for supporting the sales, client services and product team with regard to market research, developing powerpoint presentations and creating, updating and managing all marketing assets and ensuring flawless execution of ideas into marketing materials. Ideally, this candidate will have an interest in the Clinical Trials/Contract Research Organization/Pharmaceuticals space. Responsibilities:

 

Social Media Management: As a technology company, the Marketing Associate will be responsible for continuing to grow the eCare Vault presence on social media platforms such as Twitter and Linkedin.

 

 

Lead Marketing Initiatives: Administrate Hubspot and improve the overall processes used by the Sales and Marketing team.  Work with Marketing Manager to create resources within the company to help develop and support customer onboarding and retention along with ensuring regular production of e-directs, blog pieces, and LinkedIn postings.

 

Communication: This role will collaborate with team members across all areas of the company on a regular basis.  Communication with the customer must be clear, concise and friendly. This role will also regularly communicate across teams within eCare Vault, sharing important customer or market related details when needed. Comfort with communication over email, in person or over the phone is key!

 

Internal Support: Developing presentations, monitoring and reporting marketing campaign KPIs, coordinating presentation materials for client meetings, taking meeting notes, etc.  Providing support for team members across the organization for recruiting and retaining customers. The Marketing Associate will work on highly visible and highly impactful strategic projects. The Marketing Associate should have strong skills in the use of Google Slides, Powerpoint, Figma, Lucid Charts etc. 

 

Client Support: The Marketing Associate will be a bridge between the sales/marketing, implementation and product teams supporting the team in creating client client facing content, training materials, how tos and other customer friendly materials.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years in a similar role
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Excellent organizational, oral presentation and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze and organize data
  • Comfortable working in both a team situation and autonomously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Extremely proficient in presentation writing tools (e.g., Power Point, Google Slides)
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Project management skills – excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently and prioritize own work
  • Massachusetts based and within commuting distance to the Back Bay, Boston

System Administrator

eCare Vault is growing and looking to add a System Administrator.  This role will be responsible for the management and monitoring of AWS application environments.  They will provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems, Tier 2 problem solving and Tier 3 information gathering both internally and for the product, and supporting the client success team with new client onboarding.  Experience with the cloud is preferred but can be learned on the job – knowing the systems listed under the qualifications below, whether virtual or physical, is more important to the success of this role. Responsibilities

  • Management and monitoring of AWS application environments
  • Managing the authentication and authorization of eCare Vault employees with internal systems
  • Support implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of eCare Vault IT systems and applications
  • Create and update documentation and diagrams of IT systems, including networks and infrastructure
  • Assist in client and production support with Tier 2 problem solving and Tier 3 information gathering
  • Coordinate with and assist Client Success team for new client onboarding

 

Qualifications

Required

  • BA in Computer Science or 2-4 years relevant Systems Administration experience
  • Understanding the core concepts of virtualization and cloud computing
  • Management of networks and understanding of their underlying security and best practices
  • Experience creating, maintaining, and hardening compute instances, storage, and other services required to support development team
  • Managing, maintaining and securing Redhat, CentOS, Debian, or similar Linux distributions
  • Massachusetts based and within commuting distance to the Back Bay, Boston 

Preferred

  • Experience performing administration functions on Amazon Web Services (AWS) 
  • Experience administering on-premise Virtual Machine or off-premise Cloud data center
  • Management of LDAP systems for identity management, preferably through Active Directory.
  • Experience diagnosing system and application issues
  • Experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS) using the following:
    • Identity and Access Management (IAM)
    • Monitoring experience with CloudWatch 
    • Directory Service
